How it works: purchased credits sit in one clinic wallet. A sub-doctor's quota is a spending cap, not a separate wallet: usage debits the clinic wallet and reduces the doctor's quota. Auto top-up raises the cap when it falls to the trigger, up to a monthly maximum. Plan free credits are part of the same wallet, so quotas cap them too. Reverse takes unused quota back to the main credits (the shared clinic pool) at any time.
